Nahan University…investing in employees

We’re proud of how our training programs have grown over the years. A big highlight: the opening of Nahan University in July of 2019. A good number of our more than 400 employees have been involved; the plan is that every single employee gets a training opportunity.

Training includes: Leadership training, Production training, Math & Measurement training, Mechanical Aptitude training, Hands-on Equipment training, and Skills training.
