Nahan Achieves Star Three – Momentum in PIM’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Accreditation Program
(SAINT CLOUD, Minn.) – September 25, 2024 –Nahan is honored to announce it has been awarded the STAR 3 designation from the Printing Industry Midwest (PIM) Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiative. This recognition highlights Nahan’s growing efforts to foster an inclusive environment and shows the clear progress being made in creating a more diverse workplace.
STAR 3, also known as the “Momentum” designation, is awarded to organizations that not only maintain prior DEI standards but also demonstrate measurable progress towards creating a more diverse and inclusive work environment. To qualify for STAR 3, Nahan met key criteria, including hosting and sponsoring collaborative events with community and educational partners, and integrating inclusivity metrics into employee performance appraisals.
