All of our operations take place at this location, but we have representatives throughout the United States to conveniently serve our entire customer base. What are Nahan's hours?
We typically have 24-hour availability for receiving; however, we ask that customers call us to schedule incoming deliveries. Our Customer Service hours are typically 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (central time zone) with additional hours available upon request.
Does Nahan have a print order minimum?
No, we do not have an order minimum. Nahan specializes in high-quality, high-volume printing projects (average orders vary from a quantity of 10,000 to 5 million). But with the changing market opting for products such as variable print, we invite the opportunity to talk further about your specific project needs. Where do I load my creative and mail files to?
To make it as easy as possible, we’ve included these details (and more!) on our Resources page.
What format should I send my Nahan files in?
DATA: Our Data Processing team prefers CSV files that are pipe delimited, contains double quotes for field framing characters, and has a carriage return line feed for the record delimiter. A record layout will also need to be supplied for each file. More details about file format standards and digital art file requirements can be found here.
ART: We prefer to receive single page PDFs with 0.125” bleeds. Our second choice for artwork is InDesign working documents with fonts and images. More information about recommended file standards can be found here.
How do I get a mail permit for my Nahan project?
At Nahan, we take a lot of pride in our robust onboarding process for new clients. We have a Postal/Logistics team that can help you with the mail permit process, pricing, and more.
What indicia should I follow?
There are several indicia formats based on the type of mail you’re sending. Use this helpful resource when designing your indicia, or ask your Nahan team member to help you with specific details.
